1. Overview
1.1 This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Welcome Bridge UK.
1.2 This Policy is in addition to Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
2. When You Are Entitled to a Refund

| Cancellation 48 hours or less before arrival | No refund |
| We cancel Your Booking for any reason other than Your breach | Full refund |
| Flight delayed by more than 4 hours and We cannot reschedule | Full refund |
| You miss Your connection and We cannot arrange new pickup | Full refund |
| Service not provided with reasonable care and skill (valid complaint) | Partial or full refund at Our discretion |
| Breach of consumer rights under Consumer Rights Act 2015 | Full refund or repeat performance |
3. How to Request a Refund
3.1 To request a refund, contact Us in Writing at contact@welcomebridge.co.uk with:
- Your full name
- Booking reference number
- Reason for refund request
3.2 We will acknowledge Your refund request within 2 Working Days and process eligible refunds within 14 days.
3.3 Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
4. Exclusions
No refund will be provided where:
- You cancel within 48 hours of arrival (see Section 2)
- You fail to attend the arranged meeting point
- You provide incorrect flight or contact information
- You behave in a threatening, abusive, or unlawful manner
- You are refused entry to the UK by Border Force
- You voluntarily leave the service before completion without reasonable cause
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Costs incurred by Us on Your behalf (e.g., accommodation bookings) where the provider does not offer refunds
- Administrative fees where applicable
- Payment processing fees (where applicable)
6. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy affects Your statutory rights. If You believe Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 have been breached, You may be entitled to a full refund regardless of this Policy.
